We are working to be able to add one additional position to an existing contract. If two more positions are desired, we will start a new Nautix TA contract. Clients are able to have more than one open contract if an excess of positions are needed.
We fill all positions within the marine industry. We have experience filling technician roles, managerial roles, customer service, sales, and captains.
While we understand the urgency for filling most positions and strive to fill them as soon as possible we take the time to ensure we fill positions with the most qualified candidates. This can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks depending on the positions. Compass Maritime Group holds an average of 8 weeks to fill most positions with a 100% success rate.
